Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, could you give us a bit more details about what you are experiencing? Just to confirm, are you trying to join a plan or are you trying to invite someone else to your plan?
 

For starters, if you're trying to join a plan, we recommend making sure you're putting the exact same address the owner added to the plan. They can double check the address by going to their account page> Premium Family. There on Your Address, they can check the address.


On another note, you can also try to join the plan from a different device from the one you've been using to see if you notice any difference.


If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you received when trying to set/put and address? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
