If you're eligible for the 3-month trial, you'll see the offer by going to https://www.spotify.com/premium/, just click on Try free for 3 months and follow the steps to apply the trial to your account. 

If you're getting any errors, please share more details and screenshots if possible. I'll be glad to give you a hand.

hello, when i try to pay for the free 3 month trial a message pops up saying: payment failes try again later. use different card or payment method. it´s been going like this for a week and i tried multiple cards.

If multiple payment methods are failing, it may be a good idea to reach out to our support folks so that they can check what's going on with your accounts backstage.
They'd be able to see if anything is wrong and address it appropriately.
