Keep in mind that Spotify only charges once a month, and you can confirm this by looking at your order history. 

If you're being double charged, there's a chance you might have another account. If that's the case - head here to find more steps for locating your other account. Once you've located it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.
