i’ve been looking forward to my telco bill and i noticed that my subscription is being charged for 2 times

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Keep in mind that Spotify only charges once a month, and you can confirm this by looking at your order history

 

If you're being double charged, there's a chance you might have another account. If that's the case - head here to find more steps for locating your other account. Once you've located it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.
