My Question or Issue

 I am trying to use the student discount but spotify is not verifying me as a student. I am using my student email address and my university is on the list so I don't understand why it will not verify me.

In this case, you can try to apply to the student discount through manual verification here.

If you're application is still being denied, we suggest that you get in touch with our friends at SheerID here. They'll be able to give you more information about what's going on since the eligibility for the student discount is handled by them.
