xbox 3 month spotify premium plan not available

My Question or Issue

The Xbox 3 month spotify premium doesn't work, when I try to redeem it it says it's not available for me, for the record, I had 1 month of premium back in January because of a gift card I was given in December and I live in Colombia, so I don't know if my country or the gift card are the issue, any help is very appreciated

Thank you for posting on the Community, and welcome 🙂

Currently the Xbox promotion is available in Colombia. However, since you've tried Premium in the past, your account is ineligible to try the Xbox Game Pass offer. 

I'd recommend keeping an eye on the Spotify website for future deals and promotional offers.
