Bear in mind that the feature does not cover all songs available on the app.

Yeah, I see the same song and I know it has the lyrics when using free account.

Thanks for getting back to us with that info.

Since you're writing regarding an account set to Vietnam, it's possible that you're referring the lyrics feature as described in this support article, and not Behind the Lyrics, which is provided by Genius.

If you can confirm that this is the case for yo, then do you mind going to your account page here and making sure that your account is set to Vietnam?

If it's already set to the correct country, let us know and we'll see what else we can suggest.
