My Question or Issue
I switched over to Spotify yesterday and spent a lot of timing creating playlists and such but I woke up this morning started up my pc and all my playlists are gone. I saw them in the sidebar but after reinstalling I don't see them in the sidebar but I still see them under the "shortcuts" tab although they load infinitely when I click on them. Is there any way I can get them back?
So far I tried reinstalling spotify and checking the "recover playlists" option in account settings but they aren't there either.
spotify:playlist:6xhnbdVhjOAXIujwG88RKz
This is the uri of one of my playlists incase needed.
Edit:
I remade the playlists because I still had my liked songs. But now I only see them on the app and not if I open spotify in my browser
Hey @Alfoo!
Welcome to the Community and thanks for bringing this up with us.
It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and that your playlists are on a different account that the one you're logged in on.
We suggest logging out and back in using your email address just to be sure. You can also take a look here to see how you can locate your Spotify accounts.
We hope this info helps. Keep us posted on how it goes!
