All tracks in "Liked Songs" playlist gone on Android/Desktop app, only appears on Web App

My Question or Issue

So this issue only occured recently. I noticed my tracks on my Liked Songs playlist are gone, and I thought I lost them all, til' I went to the web app and they were still there. However, on the Desktop and Android app, it appears as if I haven't liked any tracks even though it clearly shows I have on the web version. Is this a bug or is there sometimes more going on? I really need a fix on this as I don't wanna start over. I've already tried resetting and clearing my app data on both the Android and Spotify app, but the issue persists.

This seems to be related to an ongoing issue with the liked songs count.
