Audiobooks fail to load, even when already downloaded.

Audiobooks fail to load, even when already downloaded.

Apparently this issue was fixed according to past posts, but it's still happening. I have to reset the app a few times for audiobooks to load properly. They also often crash at the end of a chapter.

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues. 
 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you send over the make, model, OS version and the exact Spotify version currently running on the affected device?
