My Question or Issue

I have one playlist which will not display the auto-generated playlist cover (i.e. the album covers of the first 4 songs). It's just this playlist, and only on the desktop application. Web client is fine, iPhone is fine. (I'm not sure what it looks like on Windows.) I did a complete uninstall according to the instructions, re-downloaded, and the problem persisted. I've logged out and back in multiple times. I'm just confused at this point. Custom playlist covers seem to work fine on this playlist. Do I just give up?? What possible reasons could there be for this problem? It's a collaborative playlist, but I don't remember that being a problem in the past. Attached images are what it looks like on the web client vs. the desktop application. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @elizafarley09,

Thanks for the report and the extensive troubleshooting that you have tried.

Right now we do indeed have some trouble with the AI covers for some users which we are working on solving.

Keep you desktop app updated and everything should be back to normal soon!

Have a great weekend!
