Blocked artist on the cover art for daily mix

I have had Drake blocked on Spotify for years now. For the last few days, he’s been the cover art for a few of my daily mixes. His name is even there and none of his songs are on the playlist, but he shouldn’t be the cover in the first place. Why is this happening

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we'd like to gather some info. Would you mind letting us know the exact Spotify version you have running? 

On another note, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
 

Lastly, we'd suggest you log out and log in twice onto your Spotify account; this way the system will force a sync of your account in general. Let us now if you notice any difference after that

Same exact issue. I have Drake specifically blocked for years, because I dislike him. Still getting top of my account recommendations and placements, even though his page is blocked. Just going to move to a less offensive service at this point.
