Can I transfer my playlist on my iPad to my android phone?

To help us get a better understanding of the situation, could you give us a bit more info on the matter? Do you still see the playlist in the Library on the iPad and did you notice when it disappeared on the phone? Did it use to show up on the phone? 

If it's a playlist that's created by you, it shouldn't just disappear so if you've not already done this I recommend that you log out > back in on the iPad and make sure that you're logged into the correct account.

Additionally, let us know if the playlist consist of local files and it'd be helpful if you could have Spotify open on both devices and start playback on the device it appears on to see if it shows up on the other one.
