Can't delete album from downloaded files

First of all, I just want to know how to report the following bug, as I already know that a clean reinstall would fix my problem.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S10+

Operating System: Android 10

My Question or Issue

I downloaded an album that had tracks that are unplayable. Now the downloaded files (only playable tracks) are always marked as downloaded even if I undownload (tap the download button again) the entire album.
