Cannot play any song on entire grayed out playlist I created very recently.

Cannot play any song on entire grayed out playlist I created very recently.

I did all troubleshooting steps which was given through a help chat with one of your agents named Narindra S but nothing worked. Is it because it’s a free account? Iit worked perfectly before. What changed?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This will get rid of any potentially corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version of Spotify. Also, make sure the country for your account is set properly. You'll find a guide on how to do that here.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article for some other things you can try.
