(Android 8.0.0, ChromeOS, Windows 10)


My Question or Issue

Any time I get to my Library (as well as through the search function) and I select an ARTIST, once I try to get to the Artist's page it loads empty / or not loads with an error message "A problem occourred - Retry once more?"


Like this since almost 2 weeks (as I can recognize...)

Thanks for getting in touch!


As you mention that this issue comes up across multiple devices we recommend that you log out everywhere and run a clean reinstall on all of them. This involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force a account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at this guide for the steps relevant to each device.


If that doesn't fix, could you let us know if the artist page loads correctly on a different network or in the web player with a private/incognito browser?
