Daily list title has rapist's name in it, how do I get rid of it?

One of the suggested Daily List titles (#2) includes an artist's name in it that I don't want to see anymore. I used to have 1 or 2 of his songs in my liked list, which is why the title auto-generated with his name in it, but he's since been shown to be a terrible terrible person and I removed all his songs years ago. Unfortunately his name still shows on the home screen via one of my top suggested Daily Lists. I cannot "unlike" or delete this song from the suggestions on the list and I cannot make any changes to this list. What can I do?
