Does a single + the same song as part of an album count towards Wrapped as one song?

If I listen to a single now, and then the single gets released as part of an album and then I only listen to that song as part of that album, will that song appear twice during Wrapped? Or does Spotify count it as the same song towards Wrapped?

The song may appear twice in your Wrapped if you listen to them both enough, since the single and album versions have different URIs.
