Don’t unpause on next/prev track

I love Spotify but I hate, hate the behavior where it automatically unpauses just by going to the next track. In a car where I’m thumbing through music, this is maddening behavior. Please at least add an option to turn this off across all devices.

I'm afraid this is not possible to disable on the Spotify app right now; however, you can suggest a new idea by following these steps here, and then users can add their votes in the Community. Just make sure you follow our Idea Exchange Guidelines.

Those are definitely the steps I followed the first time.  It almost feels like it got moved or closed or something?  Idk, I submitted again but now I feel like I'm spamming.  Anyway, thanks.
