Downloaded CD isn't showing in spotify on all devices

I have the cd downloaded and imported on my computer spotify account, but it isn;'t showing on the same account but a different console

Sounds like you're trying to play your local files through Spotify. Make sure you've enabled the feature in the app's Settings > Local Files. For the Desktop app, you'll have to select the source folder for your songs, while the mobile app automatically detects them on your device's storage.
