My Question or Issue

I am trying to create a collaborative playlist with my partner. We have a Duo plan together, however, when I invite her, she doesn't get added, nothing changes in the playlist, no avatars, no nothing. Yes she follows the playlist, yes I created it, yes it is public, she even follows my account. What the heck is the issue here?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We are aware that there are currently some technical issues with collaborative playlists, which might be causing these inconveniences.

We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have more info.
