Everything is gone after update

Everything is gone after update

hello, after my contract with Spotify finishes I used 2 weeks the free version. Now I have premium again but all my old playlists are lost. It’s same email adress, same phone etc. Please help to get my playlists back 😞

Thanks for reaching out!

Switching between free and Premium should never affect your Library content. 

What you can first do here is open this support page to see if you can recover any missing playlists.
In case the playlists are nowhere to be found, you may have used a different account before. To see if you have any other existing Spotify accounts, check this FAQ article over here 🙂
