After the automatic update, all the tracks from My Library on the PC are gone about 2 weeks ago. At the time everything works on my iPhone and Web Player.

Spotify is currently investigating an issue causing the desktop app not to display Liked Songs, and sometimes other sections of the app such as Recently Played as well.
I recommend checking out this Ongoing Issue and adding your +VOTE to it. Also, make sure to follow the steps provided under Status Update.
It will also be useful for you to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title; that way you can make sure you stay informed of any relevant updates.
