My Question or Issue

I can see the customized playlist covers I have on the Spotify web player, but I can't see the generated ones, which show the first four songs of my playlist.

Hey @MJ06,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Keep in mind that the playlists “created for you” by Spotify don’t have the first four album images as cover, this only applies for playlists created by you that have no cover image selected. So if you’re having this behavior in playlists created by you, would you mind confirming if it happens in the desktop version of the app as well?

Also, since this could be related to different factors, would you mind connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? It's also worth checking one an incognito/private window or a different browser.

Lastly, could you confirm if this is affecting your playback or if it's causing any issues with the playlists created by you or Spotify?

We'll be waiting for your response.

This is happening both on playlists created by me and on those made by others, which have no cover image selected. I do not have this problem on the app. I looked on another browser and it shows more of my playlists than before, but still not all. This does not affect my playback.

Hey @MJ06,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

To continue investigating this case, if you have any active VPN, would you mind turning it off while using the Web Player to see if it makes any difference?

Also, it would be great if you could test this with a different Wi-Fi network. If you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot just for testing purposes.

Lastly, let us know which browser you are using (an its version) to continue investigating this internally.

We'll be on the lookout.

I don't have an Active VPN. I did turn off VPN for roaming and over metered networks, but that didn't work. I don't have another Wi-Fi network or mobile data hotspot to check. The browser I am using is Version 135.0.7049.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
