(HELP) how do you change the playlist cover on chromebook?

ight so i've searched everywhere for this and it seems the spotify website tutorial is outdated, because when i use the "edit playlist" button i dont have an option to change playlist cover, it just shows me the title & the songs. is the feature like nonexistent now? i've tried on my phone and this brand new chromebook.

Welcome to the Spotify Community and thanks for posting your question here.

At the moment, it's only possible to update your playlist(s) cover using the Spotify desktop app, which you can always download here and use on the desktop or laptop devices whose operative system is compatible with the app.

That's the reason why you haven't been able to change the cover of your playlists while trying with both your mobile device and your Chromebook.
