I'm trying to find out the history of a playlist that I have.  I had thought it was private, but it turned out it was public.  

Is there a way for me to download the privacy history of the playlists that I've made?

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

The option to see your playlist privacy history is not there in the Spotify App.

You can easily change the setting from public to private and vice-versa using the playlist context menu options. If you have an idea, you can go ahead and suggest it in the Ideas Board where other users can also vote for the same.
