How do I rearrange my songs in my playlist?

hey can anyone help me. One of my songs is not working

Do you see any error messages when you're trying to play it and Is the song greyed out? Is it an uploaded song or a local file?
The more details we know about this, the easier it will be for us to identify what's causing the issue.
