How do I stop spotify from saying Couldn't find that playlist

whenever I click on anything, like a playlist it comes up with an error message the says Couldn't find that playlist Search for something else?
I can still click and play individual songs but I can't see individual playlists, I am on laptop so none of the clean reinstall work, I have reinstalled it regularly and deleted cookies.

Can you clear your cache and cookies to see if the problem persists?
