If you have Enhance or Smart Shuffle enabled, I’d recommend turning that feature off to remove any song recommendations from Spotify in your playlist.
You can turn off Enhance by clicking the “Enhanced” icon, at the top of the playlist, once:
If you’re using the mobile app and you have Smart Shuffle on, I’d recommend turning it off by clicking the shuffle icon at the bottom of your mobile app once. You can also read more about Smart Shuffle in this thread.
