Hundreds of not mine playlists! Spotify plays songs I don`t want to listen

Min Spotify went crazy. Suddenly i got maybe hundred of not mine playlists, many of them er the same. Now it`s too many of them to delete. When i play my songs music just stops and starts playing other songs which i didn`t have in my library and i don`t want to listen! What is going on?! Spotify is just unusable for my now.
