I can't access taste match in my blend playlists.

I can't access taste match in my blend playlists.

So for a long time I could normally accesa taste match in my blend playlists, but one day I noticed the option was gone. I always accessed taste match by pressing a button that appeared when you've entered the playlist and scrolled to the top, but now it's not there. Are there any other ways to access taste match? I've already cleared Spotify cache files and I reinstalled the app, but the issue is still here. How do I fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried.

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you mean the Blend story that shows your taste match percentage? If yes, this is still accessible from the 3-dot menu at the top of your Blend playlist page.

 

If you've meant something else, please explain in more details so we can investigate further.

Hello! I have the same issue 

i cant access the blend story with the compatibility pourcentage 

the screen is all black with a refresh button that doesnt work

we tried to make another mix playlist but we still have the same issue, and it's with one specific user (with my other friends i can see the pourcentage)

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Since this only happens with one specific user, we'd recommend making sure you haven't blocked them by mistake and the other way around. You should be able to check that by opening their Spotify profile and clicking on the three dots. Can you also confirm if this only happens when you create a Blend or when the affected user does and invites you as well? 

 

Something both of you could try is performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure any damaged cache that might be causing this is removed. Make sure to log out and back in a couple of times in a row to make sure everything's synced afterwards.
