My Question or Issue

I can't play any of the songs.

When I try to play a song from the artist section, it says it is a premium plan feature and will not play the music, and when I try to view playlists, all playlists say "This playlist is empty".

Uninstalling it twice did not improve the situation.

I also logged into my account using a different phone and it was the same.

How can I improve this?

Hey @crazymagnet, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You mentioned that you’re on the Free plan. The mobile app offers 6 skips per hour and doesn't fully support on-demand listening, meaning similar songs will be shuffled in along with the ones you'd like to play. Still, there are up to 15 Pick and Play Spotify playlists under the Made for You section, where you can play any track you want.
