I can't see/access certain album, but my friends can

I can't see/access one album that happened to be my personal favorite album, but what makes it weird is my friends can access it. The album is Dead Throne by The **bleep** Wears Prada.

Can you help me please? So sick if I have to listen to this by using other platform

Hello how are you?

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I'm happy to have you here 🙂

It may be that a clean reinstall of your Spotify can solve your issue!

You can check out how to do this in this link:

Hi thanks for replying!

I've performed the clean reinstall on my phone, I've clear cache and data on my phone, Ive uninstall and clean it with ccleaner, I've searched the spotify folder in my android but I cant find it, so I moved on . Still I can't access the album yet.

I've attached the screenshot, the album should be in there

I logged my spotify in my laptop as well. Should it be handled too?

Thanks

Hello again! Sorry for the delay in responding.

I understand! This can occur for a few reasons, and one of the most common is the use of a VPN.

If a friend can access the content and you cannot, it is possible that their account is associated with a different country. This is because some albums, songs, and other content may only be available in specific regions.

Remembering that to adjust your account location, ideally you should be physically in the country you want to define.

Additionally, attempting to access content blocked for your region in an unauthorized manner may violate the platform's Terms of Service. If the content isn't available to you now, it may be a matter of time before it arrives in your region.

If you need more help, I'm here to help!
