I only have 13 playlists but Spotify says i have 14

My Question or Issue:

I only have 13 playlists but everytime I try to create a new playlist it starts out as "My Playlist #15" .

How do I find out where this mysterious playlist 14 is and is it just liked songs that count as a playlist?

are you facing the problem on all your devices or is it only on your Phone? Because if you are  facing the problem only on your phone or your device it could help if you perform a clean reinstall of Spotify like shown in this article. (Here)
