Impossible de synchroniser Shazam et Spotify

Bonjour,
J'ai créé un compte Spotify premium, mais je n'arrive pas à avoir la playslist de mes titres shazamés dans ma bibliothèque Spotify. J'ai essayé de me déconnecter et reconnecter des deux applications et même de les désinstaller mais rien n'y fait. Merci de votre aide.

Just to confirm, can you let us know if you followed these steps correctly?

 

If you did and the issue persists, we recommend that you uninstall Shazam and then perform a clean reinstall of the app as this will make sure there's no old cache files causing this. You can then install Shazam again after that.

Hello, i have a premium duo spotify account. My wife is the manager ofbthe count, and i'm the second owner. When she shazam musics, the musics are directly synchronized with the "my shazam playlist".

However when i'm doing the same, nothing happens... i've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times spotofy and shazam but the result is the same : when i shazam musics, no new created playlist "my shazam playlisy" is created nor the existing shared "my shazam playlist"...

And i'm well connected from shazam to spotify...

In the Shazam app, once you've hit Connect on the Spotify app, an Auto-add Shazam to Spotify option will be shown on your settings, and then toggle the switch to activate the auto-syncing feature. It should look like this:

If that doesn't work. Go into your account page and select Apps from the left menu. In there hit Remove Access on Shazam, which will disconnect the services. After that, try connecting Shazam to Spotify again from the Shazam app.
