Is there a way to seamlessly switch devices?

I use Spotify on both my PC and Android phone, but every time I get home I have to manually switch my listening device from my phone to my PC. It's like 2 clicks, but still very annoying. Is there a way that it'll just know which device I'm on and just start playing on that device?

Perhaps it could make you breakfast or fold your clothes as well.

thanks, my subscription actually just ran out and I was determining which platform I was gonna use; tidal or spotify. going with tidal now
