Keeping music separate between accounts

My Question or Issue

I have a Duo account. One acct is mine and the other is my daughter’s. I want the music on one account kept separate from the other, but Spotify makes Daily Mixes that include my daughter’s music on my account. What can I do?

Hi @MatchaMono,

Thanks for reaching out. The two accounts within a Duo plan are separate. They are completely independent from one another when it comes to music libraries, recommendations, etc. If you see some of your daughter's content in your account, then maybe one of you is logged into the other's account on some device(s) and this is causing confusion. Each of you has to log out and log back in across your various devices, making sure to use your own account with your own email address and password and everything should work.
