Library suddenly out of date

1. When in Egypt using the wifi connection there, my son reports my music is playing on our Sonos system at home. Have to switch manually to my device. 2. Back home I find my sons profile (and library) on my phone. Sign him out and me back in, reinstall app, restart phone. 3. My library has lost all recently added favorites and playlists. Is there a chance to restore the app to the "before" status?

If the recently added songs to favorites or to the playlist were added to your son's account by mistake, the tracks most likely are in your son's library and not yours.

However, if the songs were added to your own account and deleted, it's possible to recover them. First, we'd recommend checking this article to see if following the steps makes any difference.

But if the issue persists, since we don't have access to users account from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check your account and revert the recent changes.

Many thanks for your explanations. In fact, songs had been added to my sons library without noticing. Though I have still no idea how my sons profile could conquer my phone I was able to restore the most recent list in my own profile 🙏🏽.
