Liked Songs on PlayStation aren't synced with other devices in the slightest

My Problem:

Back in 2018 I tried out Spotify for the first time ever using my ps4 and created my account through there, and slowly built up my "Liked Songs" playlist, which synced up normally when I eventually started using the Ps5's version of Spotify in 2020. Recently I wanted to revamp my playlist and shuffle around some of my songs, so I decided to login on laptop to soon find that not only had my "Liked Songs" Playlist not synced up at all with its PlayStation equivalent, but every playlist that I had saved onto my library wasn't there, as if I hadn't been using Spotify for the last 5 years! Is there some way I can sync up my Ps5's version of Spotify with the Laptop version, or somehow move the Ps5's "Liked Songs" playlist onto the laptop version; whereby I can just save it as a regular version and use it from there? 

It's the same on the mobile version (just in case that mattered)

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you're logged in to a different account on your PlayStation than on your other devices. 

In this case, we suggest that you check if you have more than one Spotify account by following the steps here. 

If you can find the correct account, make sure to log out on your laptop and phone and then log back in by using the right info.

So basically I have an account on my PlayStation so I thought I would log in on my phone so I can use it on there but I log in on my phone and nothing is there no liked songs no saved playlists nothing I don’t get why it’s doing this can anyone help me?
