Liked song not found on Spotify

There are a number of songs I can not find on Spotify.

Is there any method of importing from a CD to my spotify liked list?

Hey there, good question!

Before we move to a few solutions, I would like to mention why is this happening. The music label that owns the right to various discography (singles, albums, etc) can restrict the availability of the content to various regions. That is why some users see a few songs that others do not.

Now coming to the second part, importing your CD tracks. If you have the songs available in any of the formats mentioned in the article then yes you can import and play them. Here is that article.
