Liked songs not saving on Windows 10

My Issue

Since August 3rd, no songs have been saved to my liked songs on PC. Every time I click liked, it says it's added, and then a moment later the liked is unchecked. It's worth noting that when I check on my phone, I can see all the songs i've liked. Songs liked on my PC are still not saved, but songs liked on my phone are. 

Also despite being the same list on the same account, on PC my liked list shows 9,312 songs, while on my phone it shows 9,516 songs. 
This is a really strange bug, and also a really annoying one since I use liking to easily save songs I want to listen to later. Hope this is fixed soon.

Could you try these steps and see if it helps? Also, could you confirm if only the desktop app shows differently from the mobile app? You can try checking it on the TV app, Web Player, etc.

If a clean reinstall didn't do the trick, feel free to send us a screenshot or a quick video, along with the OS, device's make and model, and the Spotify version you're using.
