My Question or Issue

I've tried to add local files to my phone multiple times but it has never worked. The songs show up fine on my desktop but will never show up on my phone even after downloading the playlist on both devices. And when i tick off download on my desktop the songs disappear from spotify entirely and i have to turn local files on and off in order for them to return. Whenever I play them on my laptop with spotify connect I get the prompt on my phone to download the playlist (which does not work). Any other ideas?

I know it may sound easy but i would want you to try and reinstall the app follow these steps.

On top of that, check out this info page on the "Local Files" feature to make sure you're doing it right.

I have the same problem.  It was working before and after changing to a new iPhone it stopped working!  I've tried everything in the forums, no joy!
