Hi
i have changed iPhones from iPhone 5 to 8 and also changed my iTunes login to a ew one. I
m based in Australia. But when I login to the same Spotify account with the same email as before all my playlists are gone. I used to have 500 sounds in my playlist in multiple folders (one is called relax) and when I login on my new phone under the same email address, either on the app or on the Spotify website they’re all gone. Can you please help?
