[Mobile][Podcasts] New location of downloads defeats purpose of downloading podcasts

Ever since the creation of the “my episodes” option where all downloaded podcasts go, it has been incredibly difficult to access downloaded podcasts when there is weak or no signal (which is the primary need for the downloaded podcasts). Is there a way to access downloaded podcasts without going through so many screens?
