Multiple Album Versions not Showing in Search

This is the version with "New York City Cops" as a track instead of "When It Started" and it also has the black and white cover as opposed to the yellow and blue cover for the album seen in the screenshot. I am just really confused why its not possible to find the album at all on desktop.

Please can someone assist me with how I can simply *find* this album, if searching for the album does not work...?
