My Question or Issue

My account works totally fine when I logged in on my friends' phone and when I logged in on my laptop. My friends' account works totally fine on my phone also. 

When I am logged in on my account on my phone though I cant play any songs and I am able to open only 2 of my +10  playlists. Every time I try to play a song the minute bar wont move and no music can be heard. When I try to open a playlist, only a green download circle keeps spinning.

I've tried everything. I cleared the cache, closed the app multiple times, deleted the app multiple times, tried different wifi's,  I checked my storage and my settings, I turned off my phone multiple times. How can I fix this problem!!

Just to confirm, did you follow these steps when reinstalling the app?


If the issue persists, in case you have an SD card, try removing it > reinstalling the app without it > restarting your phone. Is there any difference?


In case this doesn't do the trick either, could you let us know when this started happening and if it was after a specific event, such as an app or OS update?


Lastly, let us know the Spotify version you're running.
