My liked songs and playlist not showing in mobile app it's showing in TV

My liked songs and playlist not showing in mobile app it's showing in TV

My liked songs are in my TV Spotify app there are 682 songs there and now I'm getting only some 400 songs and my appropriate playlist are totally gone

Hey there @Praveencam,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we'd suggest checking if you logged in to the same account on both your devices. You can do this by checking on the TV app the display name and the picture (if any) of the account, under the preferences option. Then, go to the app on your mobile and go to the settings. At the top, you should see the display name and the picture. If they don't match, most likely you're using a different account. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

 

If you've checked the above and you've opened the same account on both devices, we'd like to check: are you seeing your library on the mobile device totally empty? Would you mind sending a screenshot of what you see? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info in the screenshot you'll send us.

 

Lastly, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of your mobile device along with the Spotify version you're running there?
