I am a premium subscriber in the USA. I am having this issue on all devices I use spotify on. Whenever I go to my local files, which played two days ago, and click play nothing happens. Nothing at all. I click the play button and nothing changes and I get no error message. I tried removing and restating the directory as well as restarting spotify. Not sure where to go from here.
Edit 1: I removed some songs from the file on my PC and spotify took them off their list too.
SOLVED/edit2: My google home cant play local files 😕

If you're having difficulties playing your local files, we'd recommend to check out this Spotify Answer. Just a heads-up, local files aren't supported by Spotify Connect.
Should your local files still remain unplayable on your phone and desktop devices, just give us a shout and we'll look into it further.
