Offline backup disappeared, cached songs appearing grey

My Question or Issue

Maybe 3 weeks ago my offline backup disappeared without a trace, and now my cached songs are appearing greyed out, and only will play if they are queued before I go offline. Downloads still play fine. 

I’ve tried the following:

Clear cache

Logging out

Reinstalling

Restarting my phone

I had offline backup but for some reason it wont show me, i thought it was becouse i didn’t listen to new music or something like that but after one month still wont show, please help me.

Don’t know why but my cached music randomly started working, but still no offline backup
