My Question or Issue
In only one of my playlists the pictures are there next to the songs. In all the other playlists, the pictures aren't there. I don't mean the cover of the playlist itself, I mean the picture of each song in the playlist. You can look at the attached screen shots to see.
How do I fix this?
Hi @Omar_Blitz,
Thank you for your first post on the Community!
To start, let us know if you've already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If this doesn't do the trick, can you log in with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?
In case the images still don't show, could you log into your account using a different device and test it?
We'll be on the lookout.
Hi there, thanks for the reply
See, I want to do the clean reinstall but in play store it says that this app (Spotify) is no longer compatible with your device. I'm afraid if I uninstall, I wouldn't be able to install again. Please help.
Hey there @Omar_Blitz,
Thanks for the reply.
You should have no issues with reinstalling the app on a samsung phone.
Cheers.
Obviously but... You can look at the pictures I'll attach now.
Spotify can't be found with a search in play store, and when I use the link that was provided here only then I can find it but it has that odd msg with it.
Hey @Omar_Blitz,
Thanks for your reply and the screenshots.
That's odd. Could you try logging out from your Spotify account, restarting your device, and logging back in? It's also worth trying a different connection, like another WiFi network or mobile data. Make sure you're not using a VPN as those can interfere with the app's performance.
Let us know if that helps with the issue and if not, if you can reinstall the app without trouble.
We'll be on the lookout.
