Playlist Filter Not Showing up in Web Player

My Question or Issue

I logged in this morning and all of my playlists are inaccessible. I usually filter for them but now I don't see any way to get to them any longer. I have some playlists in folders, some not. This is all via the web player.

 

I've already attempted clearing my cache/cookies and logging back in/out. I've refreshed many times. I even tried creating a new playlist, which I can oddly still do, but once I navigate away from it I have no way to navigate back via my library.

Could you try the same in the incognito window once and see if that helps?

 

If that doesn't make any difference, you can create a new temporary account and see if the issue persists. If enabled, turn off any VPN/DNS/AdBlocker that could affect the functionality.

I am definitely not creating a new account. It was same behavior in an incognito window. I don't have anything that would affect functionality on. This was working yesterday with the exact same setup/device/connection/browser. Spotify is the only thing that has changed since yesterday.

Can you confirm if you've already tried using another browser to see if that makes any difference? Have you noticed the same behavior when using the desktop app? 

 

You can also give it a try using a different network and let us know how it goes.
